Quality Living and Support Services

Expectations UK provides accommodation for individuals experiencing homelessness, mental heath issues, substance misuse recovery and learning disabilities. Our aim is to improve and enhance the quality of life by supporting our tenants to live in the community and providing additional services to help re-build confidence and life skills. We do this by providing quality support and accommodation in a safe and secure environment. We welcome and can cater for all applicants aged 18 and over from all sections of the community.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Following Government guidelines in order to safeguard all tenants, staff and members of the public, our offices are operating on a skeleton staff with most team members working from home. SUPPORT

We tailor our support for each individual to address issues that may be a barrier to independence. We strive for consistently high standards of support delivery and regularly monitor our services to ensure we achieve this.

HOMELESSNESS

Our aim is to tackle the causes of homelessness and we work with partners to ensure we can offer suitable accommodation whatever the situation. One of our aims is to reduce homelessness through prevention and understanding the causes.

SPECIALIST SERVICES

We have developed a range of specialised support services for residents, dedicated to support with mental health issues, learning disabilities and substance misuse recovery.
